High Five for Five Years in a Row!

High Five for Five Years in a Row!

Nurses and future nurses, friends, colleagues and everyone who loves nurses, we’re excited to announce that we have been ranked the No. 1 accredited master’s nursing program in the country, according to U.S. News & World Report 2023 rankings – that’s five years in a row!

Talk about a high five!

We have also been ranked the no. 1 Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, up from no. 2 last year.

This year U.S. News & World Report has also ranked nurse practitioners the no. 1 best health care job, with registered nurses the no. 5 best and nurse anesthetists the no. 8 best; and a Gallup poll ranked nurses the “most trusted profession” for 20 years in a row!

We exist in an inflection point for nurses, full of challenges but also of opportunities.

The world sees nurses differently.

The world understands structural racism differently.

The world understands social determinants of health differently.

“Globally, we have reached a critical moment; it’s time to chart a new path forward,” says Dean Sarah Szanton.

We’re honored to be leading the charge.
